Northstar’s main trenchless products include integral drill pipes, welded drill pipes, API large drill pipes, and matching drilling tools. Drill pipes range from Φ42mm to Φ168mm in various specifications, and drilling tools cover a wide range of accessories such as directional drill bits, extrusion reamers, cast flow channel reamers, special reamers, splitters, and protective shorting devices. We start from the source, collaborating long-term with leading material suppliers such as Tianjin Pipe Group and Xining Special Steel to ensure the purity and stability of our materials. We have developed a domestically advanced automated channel-type drill pipe tempering furnace, specifically designed for the characteristics of trenchless drill pipes: small size, varying lengths, high toughness requirements, and small radius of curvature. We possess multiple specialized pipe thickening machines, with a maximum tonnage of 1000 tons, ensuring a smooth transition between the inner and outer thickening zones of integral drill pipes and API-compliant large drill pipes. We have multiple friction welding machines, with a 150-ton continuous drive friction welding machine at its core, capable of welding large drill pipes according to API standards. We also possess various general-purpose machining equipment, boasting strong production capacity to guarantee the quality of drill pipe threads and drilling tools of all specifications.
