Manufacturing Introduction
Since 2004, when North Star produced China’s first HDD drill pipe, we have continued to build our expertise in drill pipe manufacturing.
Today, our welded and forged drill pipe is manufactured entirely in-house across two purpose-built facilities, with an annual production capacity of more than 400,000 pipes.
Through continuous investment in technology and manufacturing, we deliver consistent quality and reliable performance to customers worldwide.
Industrial layout
To build a comprehensive industrial service chain, North Star Group has established two major production bases in Xuanhua, Zhangjiakou and Qingxian, Cangzhou, to ensure strong and stable production capacity; it has also set up two major marketing centers in Beijing (overseas) and Xuanhua (domestic), driving precise services to domestic and international markets; and through its subsidiary, Beixing Industry and Trade, it specializes in the centralized procurement and sales of raw materials and entrusted processing and sharing business, effectively integrating upstream resources and strengthening cost and quality control.
