We have developed a domestically advanced channel-type automated drill pipe tempering furnace, specifically designed for the characteristics of trenchless drill pipes: small size, varying lengths, high toughness requirements, and small radius of curvature. We possess multiple specialized pipe thickening machines, with a maximum tonnage of 1000 tons, ensuring a smooth transition between the inner and outer thickened areas of integral drill pipes and API large drill pipes. We have multiple friction welding machines, with a 150-ton continuous drive friction welding machine as the core, capable of welding large drill pipes according to API standards. We also possess various general-purpose machining equipment, possessing strong production capacity to guarantee the quality of drill pipe threads and drilling tools of various specifications. With the help of these advanced equipment, and in conjunction with a physical and chemical laboratory composed entirely of imported testing instruments, we are confident and capable of producing trenchless drill pipes and drilling tools that will satisfy you.
