Send the product name, intended application, rig make and model, required dimensions, thread or connection details, and quantity. For drill pipe, include the required length and body diameter. A drawing, part number or clear photographs of an existing component can help identify the configuration.

Also state the destination and any requested inspection or documentation requirements. If some details are unknown, identify what you can confirm rather than estimating a specification. Browse our drilling tool range or use the contact form to send your enquiry.

Check the connection specification, pipe length, body diameter and joint dimensions against your existing drill string and rig requirements. A matching outside diameter or a similar rig name alone does not establish compatibility.

Use the specification tables as a starting reference, then provide the actual thread designation, mating component details and a drawing or existing part reference where available. Ask our team to review the proposed configuration before ordering. Confirm the applicable operating limits from the selected product information and your equipment requirements rather than assuming every pipe in a product family has the same rating.

When requesting a certificate or inspection record, state the product, relevant company or factory, and the documents needed for your procurement review. Check the entity, scope and validity dates in the actual certificate. A management system certificate does not replace a product specification or a batch inspection report.

Ask for a quotation that states the proposed lead time, packing arrangement and delivery terms for your selected configuration and quantity. Provide the destination, requested delivery date and any marking, handling or documentation requirements at the enquiry stage.

Timing and packing need to be reviewed for the actual products and order requirements; this FAQ does not set a universal delivery schedule. If a project has a fixed installation date, explain that constraint and request confirmation of the available production and shipping arrangements.
